Oyster Sauce Spaghetti Bolognese Recipe
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic, celery, and carrot. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are soft and fragrant.

  2. Add the ground beef or pork and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until fully cooked. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

  3. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Flavored Sauce, tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, and red pepper flakes. Add a splash of water or broth to adjust the consistency if needed. Simmer uncovered for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

  4. While the sauce simmers, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and reserve ¼ cup of pasta water.

  5. Combine the drained pasta with the bolognese sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed to coat evenly. Garnish with chopped herbs and Parmesan if desired. Serve hot.
