Dip the pork chops in the milk and then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the pork chops on the prepared baking sheet and give each a light spray with cooking spray.
Bake until the pork reaches 145 degrees F when tested with a thermometer, about 8-10 minutes per side.
Let the pork stand for 5 minutes before serving.
