Asian Sticky Ribs
  1. Cut your rib rack into individual ribs. Add to a large bowl with the rest of your ingredients and give it a good mix. Cover and marinade for 1 hour in the fridge

  2. Preheat the over to 275. Lay out tin foil and then add 4 ribs. Add some Koren spice rub to the tops. Fold over each side until the ribs are covered. Add tin foil to a large baking sheet and add the packets of ribs. Cook for 3 hours

  3. Make your cucumber salad. Thinly slice your cucumbers and add to a bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients - mix and then set aside

  4. Prepare and cook your rice

  5. Once the ribs are done, brush on some Japanese BBQ sauce and sprinkle some additional Korean BBQ rub. Broil for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy!!
