Add egg yolk into cold cook rice and mix well.
Season the steak with black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and the secret ingredient, baking soda.
Let the steak set for 30 seconds and pan fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove the steak, set aside.
In the same pan, add in white, particular green onion, lots of garlic and saute for 30 seconds.
Then add an egg whites, scramble everything together.
Then add in rice and season with soy sauce.
Saute for 2 to 3 minutes before adding in butter.
Add green onion and steak.
Saute on high heat for another 1 to 2 minutes.
