Browned butter lemon couscous
  1. Melt 1 Tbsp butter in a small pot

  2. Add couscous and a pinch of salt

  3. Cook, stirring, until butter is lightly browned and couscous is toasted

  4. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil

  5. Once boiling, cover and reduce to a simmer

  6. Cook until tender, 6-8 minutes

  7. When ready to serve, stir in other Tbsp butter, lemon juice and zest to taste, and salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
