High Protein Chicken Parmesan
  1. Preheat oven to 425℉. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place tenderized chicken breasts on baking sheet. Coat chicken pieces with olive oil. Then season them on both sides generously with salt, onion powder, garlic powder and Italian herb blend. Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken's internal temperature reaches 165℉.

  3. Remove from oven and top each chicken piece with marinara, then 3 tbs cottage cheese and then with lots of grated parmesan. Place back in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
