Apple Rings
  1. Slice apple into rings and remove the core

  2. Mix egg and flour, then slowly add milk until you get a smooth, thick batter (not runny)

  3. Dip each apple ring into the batter

  4. Cook on medium heat with a lid, flipping to cook on both sides until soft inside and lightly golden

  5. Serve as rings or cut into smaller pieces if needed
