In a bowl, combine the paneer cubes with soy sauce and let them marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, then add whole spices, chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, and beetroot.
Sauté the mixture until it becomes soft and dry.
Allow the mixture to cool, then blend it in a mixer jar to create a smooth paste.
In the same pan, heat the remaining oil and add the blended paste, stirring until it achieves a glossy texture.
Add all the spices and butter to the paste, mixing well and sautéing for 2 to 3 minutes.
Pour in some water and add the marinated paneer, then cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
Serve hot with naan or chapati.
