Begin with frying the onions and meat with some olive oil, some salt and black pepper.
Once meat is cooked add the zucchini cubes fry until the zucchini is sautéed then cover and let it cook.
Meanwhile, prepare the yogurt by adding the crushed garlic, the egg, the corn starch, the tahini and some water.
Add the yogurt to the zucchini and the meat once the zucchini is soft.
Keep stirring gently until the yogurt starts boiling. Do not cover the pot or the yogurt will separate.
At the end the add some dried mint and some fried pine seeds.
Serve with vermicelli rice.
