Pumpkin Cheesecake Overnight Oats
  1. Add canned pumpkin, cottage cheese, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, protein powder, collagen powder, and 1 c almond milk to blender and blend until smooth

  2. In each jar, add oats, chia seeds, salt, and ½ of almond milk

  3. Divide blended mixture evenly in each jar and mix well

  4. Store in fridge overnight

  5. In the morning, stir oats, top with chopped pecans and flax seeds and enjoy!
