Add canned pumpkin, cottage cheese, pumpkin pie spice, maple syrup, protein powder, collagen powder, and 1 c almond milk to blender and blend until smooth
In each jar, add oats, chia seeds, salt, and ½ of almond milk
Divide blended mixture evenly in each jar and mix well
Store in fridge overnight
In the morning, stir oats, top with chopped pecans and flax seeds and enjoy!
