Baked Egg Cups With Spinach And Cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).

  2. In an oven-safe dish crack the egg and add ⅓ of the cottage cheese. Mix until well combined.

  3. Add the seasoning.

  4. Add the spinach and top with mozzarella.

  5. Place in oven, about 12 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
