Beef Noodle Bowl
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat

  2. Add minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant

  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes

  4. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp

  5. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce

  6. Toss in cooked noodles and beef broth

  7. Stir everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through

  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste

  9. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
