Add minced ginger and garlic, stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant
Add sliced beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes
Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp
Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and Sriracha sauce
Toss in cooked noodles and beef broth
Stir everything together and cook for 1-2 minutes until heated through
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
