Sesame Soy Pork Bowls
  1. Cook rice with water and salt until tender

  2. Prep and mix mayo with Sriracha and lime

  3. Heat oil in a pan, add pork and salt, cook until browned

  4. Stir in carrots, sesame dressing, sweet soy glaze

  5. Cook until carrots are softened and sauce has thickened

  6. Divide rice between bowls, top with pork mixture and any remaining sauce

  7. Drizzle with Sriracha mayo

  8. Sprinkle with crispy fried onions

  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side
