Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
Place flour in one bowl. Beat eggs in another. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into eggs, then coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Spread a layer of marinara sauce in the baking dish. Place chicken on top, spoon more sauce over each piece, then sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 15–20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
