Throw all the pudding ingredients into the blender and give it a good whizz
Pour into a shallow baking pan (about 30 cm in diameter)
Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for 20-25 minutes until lightly browned on the edges
Let it cool completely
Refrigerate until you're ready to serve
Mix the dessert cream with the sugar and decorate the pudding with the sweetened cream, chocolate flakes, and toasted coconut flakes
