Cut the puff pastry into even squares, working with one at a time.
Make a cut starting at the bottom, going right up to the middle of the puff pastry square.
Spread a little cranberry relish on one quadrant of the puff pastry.
Add some cheese to the adjacent quadrant.
Add your sausage to the quadrant opposite the cheese.
Fold the empty quadrant over the cranberry relish.
Fold that over the cheese.
Fold that over the sausage.
Pop the folded puff pastry onto a baking sheet.
Brush with egg wash.
Pop in the oven and bake until golden brown.
