Cook the pasta al dente according to the package directions; drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the sausage meat, until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove the excess fat from the browned sausage, and then stir in your tomato sauce, softened cream cheese, and half the mozzarella and parmesan. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce is well incorporated.
Gently toss the cooked rotini in with the sauce mixture and cook for a couple of minutes to reheat. Sprinkle the cheesy sausage rotini pasta with remaining shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and chopped parsley. Enjoy with garlic bread and a crisp salad!
