Honey Glazed Carrots
  1. Boil 1 lb carrots for 5–6 mins

  2. In a skillet: melt 2 tbsp butter + 2 tbsp honey + 1 tbsp brown sugar (opt.)

  3. Toss carrots → cook 4–5 mins till glossy & caramelized

  4. Season with salt, pepper & parsley
