In a large mixing bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
Add in the cilantro, garlic powder, diced onion, sweet onion, diced sweet potatoes, diced tomato, vegetable broth, avocado or guacamole, oats, quinoa, cayenne pepper, paprika, pepper, salt, olive oil, and cumin.
Form burger patties with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake the patties in the oven until they are firm and slightly crispy.
Serve the patties on gluten-free hamburger buns with your favorite toppings.
