Cook pasta according to the packaging, strain, rinse and set aside to cool.
Add greek yogurt, mayo and ranch seasoning to a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Place in the refrigerator for 30 mins to thicken.
Place bacon on a large baking sheet lined with foil. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 10-20 minutes depending on your oven & how crispy you like your bacon.
Dice lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and bacon.
Add lettuce, pasta, tomato, onion, cheese, bacon and the ranch dressing into a large bowl and mix until well combined – ENJOY!
