Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Scramble 1 lb of ground beef with the onions and drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning, water and tomato paste and then set aside.
Grease a 9x13" baking dish and then place 1 flatbread in it.
Spread on 2 Tbsp of the Crunch-dip sauce followed by half of the taco meat mixture.
Add on half of the tomatoes and half of the cheddar cheese.
Repeat those layers again but use half of the mozzarella cheese for the 2nd layer.
Place the 3rd flatbread on top, followed by the remaining creamy sauce, remaining cheeses, taco sauce and the diced green chiles.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
