Instant Pot Brown Rice Pilaf
  1. Set an Instant Pot to sauté on high.

  2. Add butter and sliced mixed mushrooms; cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

  3. Season with kosher salt and pepper.

  4. Add chicken broth, brown rice, and salt.

  5. Put on and lock the lid.

  6. Set to pressure-cook on high for 25 minutes.

  7. Let the pressure release naturally.

  8. Stir in chopped parsley.
