Cheesy Ham Puff Pastry Stacks
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Roll out the puff pastry slightly and cut into even-sized circles using a round cutter.

  3. Place half of the pastry rounds on the baking sheet.

  4. Add a layer of cheese and ham slices onto each base round. Sprinkle with black pepper.

  5. Top with another pastry round and press edges lightly to seal.
