Garlic Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and dried oregano until evenly coated.

  3. Spread cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and tender with crispy edges.

  5. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the hot cauliflower so it slightly melts.

  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle lemon zest on top.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, red pepper flakes, and a light drizzle of olive oil before serving.
