Crockpot Pineapple Chicken Recipe
  1. Add boneless, skinless chicken thighs to the crockpot in one layer.

  2. Empty bottle BBQ sauce directly on chicken thighs, making sure they are totally covered. I use a sweet BBQ sauce to bring out more of the sweet flavor in this barbecue chicken dish but any BBQ sauce flavor will work.

  3. Without draining any juice, dump a can of pineapple tidbits directly into the pot over the chicken.

  4. Slow cook 6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high for soft pull apart fork tender chicken.
