Mediterranean-style Burger Bowl
  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey or chicken, spinach, feta, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper until just combined without overworking the meat

  2. Form the mixture into 4-6 burger-style patties depending on size preference

  3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through (internal temperature 75°C/165°F)

  4. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste

  5. Add lettuce or greens as the base of the bowl

  6. Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and optional quinoa or rice

  7. Slice or place whole patties on top of the bowl

  8. Drizzle generously with the creamy tzatziki-style sauce and serve fresh and slightly warm
