Egg White Wrap Lasagna For Weight Loss
  1. Brown ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain fat. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir in marinara and simmer 5 minutes.

  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth if needed. Mix with one egg, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt until uniform.

  3. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray. Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom.

  4. Add 2 to 3 wraps to cover the base. Spread half the ricotta mixture, one third of the meat sauce, and a small handful of mozzarella.

  5. Add wraps, remaining ricotta mixture, another third of meat sauce, and another layer of mozzarella. Add spinach or zucchini here if using.

  6. Finish with wraps, remaining meat sauce spread evenly, the rest of the mozzarella, and the Parmesan.

  7. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes.

  8. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until cheese is golden and edges bubble.

  9. Let the lasagna rest 15 to 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
