Healthy Egg Salad
  1. Boil the eggs. Separate the yolks and the whites.

  2. Chop the celery/cucumber/purple onion. Add this to the finely chopped egg whites.

  3. Immersion blend the cottage cheese, egg yolks, greek yogurt, garlic, dijon mustard, dill, salt and pepper. Use this as a dressing to draw everything together.
