Garlic Ginger Chilli Sauce for chicken rice
  1. Blitz the chillies, ginger and garlic in a blender.

  2. Warm the blitzed mixture up in a sauce pot.

  3. Add the sugar, rice wine vinegar and salt.

  4. Adjust to taste accordingly.

  5. Heat the sauce slightly to dissolve the sugar and thicken the chilli sauce a tiny bit.
