Preheat oven to 425
Combine bread crumbs and milk. Let sit to soak up liquid.
Add beef through pepper. Mix.
Form meatballs.
Cook for 13-15 minutes
Pot medium low heat. Cook garlic and shallots until translucent, about 2 minutes
Add parsley and basil. Then plum tomatoes and crush them. Then crushed tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Bring to gentle boil.
Transfer meatballs into sauce. Make sure covered in sauce.
Turn heat to low and simmer for 45 minutes.
