Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, spring onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper, chicken bouillon powder, sugar, and salt together
Beat 1 egg in a small bowl
Place a dumpling wrapper onto your hands and brush egg onto the edge of the half closest to you
Place 1 tsp of filling into the wrapper, fold wrapper over and pleat (or fold in half if preferred)
Repeat until all filling is used
Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan on medium heat
Place dumplings into the pan and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until the underside begins to go golden
Pour in 2-3 tbsp of water and cover immediately with a lid
Leave covered for 3-4 minutes for dumplings to steam
Uncover and cook for further 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden
Serve with spring onions and coriander on top
