Pork And Cabbage Dumplings
  1. Mix pork, cabbage, garlic, spring onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, ground pepper, chicken bouillon powder, sugar, and salt together

  2. Beat 1 egg in a small bowl

  3. Place a dumpling wrapper onto your hands and brush egg onto the edge of the half closest to you

  4. Place 1 tsp of filling into the wrapper, fold wrapper over and pleat (or fold in half if preferred)

  5. Repeat until all filling is used

  6. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan on medium heat

  7. Place dumplings into the pan and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until the underside begins to go golden

  8. Pour in 2-3 tbsp of water and cover immediately with a lid

  9. Leave covered for 3-4 minutes for dumplings to steam

  10. Uncover and cook for further 1-2 minutes until the bottom is golden

  11. Serve with spring onions and coriander on top
