  1. Combine all ingredients besides rum to a large pot and cook it at the lowest setting on your stove. I like to add the eggs last so i can get everything warm quicker at a higher temp, then add the eggs so they can’t cook.

  2. Let the pot stay on low heat for 20-30 mins.

  3. Add this all to a blender and blend for a few seconds. I have to do two batches to get everything to fit for my blender. You can probably use an emulsion blender.

  4. Add everything back to a pot and stir in the rum! I usually use Don Q or Bacardi.

  5. Pour straight over ice to enjoy now or move to a clean pitcher and store in the fridge up to 4 days! Be sure to shake or stir each time you serve a glass.

Garnish with toasted coconut chips on the rim & a cinnamon stick! Freeze for up to 6 months, after it is thawed just run it through a blender to combine everything again. Serving size is about 11 glasses at 8oz servings.
