Chicken Sisig
  1. Remove the meat from the bones of the rotisserie chicken and chop it into small pieces.

  2. Sauté the chopped chicken over high heat until slightly crispy.

  3. Season the chicken with soy sauce or liquid seasoning, sugar, calamansi juice, mayonnaise, and black pepper. Stir until combined.

  4. Add chili peppers for heat, if desired.

  5. Serve with steamed white rice.
