  1. Mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, melted unsalted butter, vanilla extract, and kosher salt until crumbly but holds together.

  2. Scoop a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a 1" ball. Chill for at least one hour.

  3. Melt chopped dark chocolate in a small bowl until smooth.

  4. Skewer the top of each peanut butter ball and dip it into the melted chocolate, leaving the top exposed.

  5. Let excess chocolate drip off and transfer to a cooling rack.

  6. Decorate with flaky sea salt or sprinkles if desired.

  7. Let the chocolate harden at room temperature for about five minutes.
