Roll out your pizza dough on a floured surface into an 8x12-inch rectangle.
Mix melted butter with garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper for garlic butter.
Brush most of the garlic butter over the dough, then sprinkle with parmesan.
Layer on the provolone, chopped salami, and capicola.
Cut the dough into 12 rectangles and stack them in a greased loaf pan.
Brush the top with remaining garlic butter and parmesan.
Bake at 375°F for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Let it cool briefly, then flip out of the pan and serve with marinara.
