Turmeric Honey Mustard Chicken Wings And Gut Friendly Ranch
  1. Mix the yogurt, mayo, and 2 tbsp whole milk. Assess the consistency and add some milk to thin it out if necessary.

  2. Add in the remaining ingredients for the ranch, taste for seasoning, and adjust accordingly.

  3. Preheat oven or smoker to 450F.

  4. Combine the dry ingredients for the chicken wings in a large bowl.

  5. Add in the chicken wings and toss to fully coat.

  6. Either add to the grill or a baking sheet in the oven.

  7. Cook for 25-35 minutes or until the bottom side is deeply golden crispy. Flip and cook another 10-15 minutes or until the other side is browned.

  8. While the wings are cooking, combine the sauce ingredients.

  9. Once the wings are out, add the sauce, toss to coat, and enjoy with some gut friendly ranch!
