  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.

  2. In a shallow dish, mix together breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Coat each pork chop with olive oil, then dredge it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

  3. Place the breaded pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook the pork chops in batches.

  4. Cook the pork chops in the preheated air fryer for about 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature of the pork chops should reach 145°F (63°C) for safe consumption.

  5. Once cooked, remove the pork chops from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in juicier pork chops. Serve hot and enjoy!
