Holiday Mochi Bites
  1. Whip the heavy cream until foamy

  2. Gradually add sugar in 3 batches and beat until stiff peaks form

  3. Chill cream until ready to use

  4. Mix all dough ingredients until smooth and sieve into a pot

  5. Cook dough over low heat, stirring constantly, until it pulls away from the pan

  6. Transfer dough to a surface and knead until smooth and stretchy

  7. Divide dough into 8 equal balls and roll each into a disc on a floured surface

  8. Place dough discs into a shallow mold or cup to help shape

  9. Add a thin layer of cream, a spoonful of strawberry jam, then more cream to each disc

  10. Fold in the edges tightly, trim excess, and smooth the seam with cooked flour paste

  11. Add chocolate details for eyes and mouth

  12. Top with a strawberry and extra cream

  13. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving
