Dirty Martini Terrine
  1. Let the olives soak in the vodka, olive brine and lemon zest for a minimum of 1 hr and up to a couple days.

  2. Add your cream cheese to a bowl and place it over a pot of simmering water to fully soften. Add 2.5 tbsp of the vodka/brine mixture and whisk it into a sauce basically. Add in lemon zest and black pepper.

  3. Add in the softened butter a bit a time, making sure its mixed before you add more.

  4. Slice olives thinly and pat dry.

  5. Rub some oil on your mold, start with some of the dip, then add olives, a slice of blue cheese in the center and fill the sides with chives and green onion. Repeat 2-3 times.

  6. Let it set for a few hours, up to a day.
