Ted Lasso Shortbread Biscuit
  1. Kick things off by preheating your oven to a cozy 150°C.

  2. Grab a mixing bowl and cream together the butter and icing sugar until it’s looking light and fluffy – like a cloud on a sunny day!

  3. Stir in that dash of vanilla and pinch of salt. Mix it well, friends!

  4. Add in the flour and keep mixing until you’ve got yourself a nice dough.

  5. Press the dough into a lined baking tin and let it chill in the freezer for 15 minutes. Patience is a virtue!

  6. Cut the dough into your desired cookie shapes and bake for 40 minutes or until they’re golden brown and tempting.

  7. Might need to give those cookies a quick recut while they’re hot – I did, and it was totally worth it.

  8. Let them cool a bit before you dive in. I know, the wait is tough but oh, so rewarding!
