Add the pasta to a large saucepan with salted boiling water. Bring to boil on the hob, then simmer for around 12 mins until cooked. Keep some pasta water for the sauce.
Chop up the cauliflower into big chunks and boil it in salted water for around 7-8 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower, add to a blender with the rest of the ingredients as well as the pasta water and blend well until smooth.
Combine the cooked pasta when ready with the sauce in a large saucepan, heat up gently and then serve into bowls add your garnishes and enjoy.
