Sausage Gravy

1 lb. Breakfast sausage

⅓ cup flour

4 cups milk

Salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage in a large pan. Stir in flour until absorbed. Add milk a little at a time stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper to taste. Lower heat and simmer until thick.
