Fry your tomatillos, onions, and garlic until slightly charred. Then add your peppers.
Let the peppers toast for a min or so. Don’t burn them!
Add 2 c water, cover, and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 10-15 mins until everything is nice & soft.
Add everything but your tomatillos to a blender, along with some of the water & 1 tsp salt. Blend until almost smooth.
Add your tomatillos & cilantro, blend until smooth.
Adjust salt to taste & enjoy babe!
