Snickers Protein Dessert
  1. Add the greek yogurt, whipped cream cheese, cacao powder, and powdered sweetener to a small food processor

  2. Process well for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth and it has a mousse-like texture

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed

  4. Refrigerate for an hour to let it settle and thicken

  5. Melt your chocolate chips in the microwave for 15 seconds, stir, then in 15 second increments until smooth, adding 1 tsp coconut oil if desired

  6. Spoon your yogurt into bowls

  7. Drizzle some caramel sauce on top

  8. Spread the melted chocolate on top

  9. Sprinkle with crushed peanuts and a little sea salt

  10. Chill briefly if you want a crackable chocolate layer
