Combine the flour, very cold butter, sugar (optional), salt, turmeric or curry powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add 1 ¼ - 1 ½ cup iced cold water and mix to form 2 balls of dough.
Flatten the dough balls and wrap in plastic. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
For the filling, cook the chicken thighs with green seasoning, salt, all-purpose seasoning, and curry powder to your liking.
Blend 2-3 slices of bread with 1 cup of water or use 1 cup of breadcrumbs with 1 cup of water to make the filling juicy.
Let the filling cool completely before assembling the patties.
Roll out the dough and use a big spoon of filling, not too much, to assemble the patties.
Seal the patties with water and press with a fork. Prick the dough with a toothpick to allow air to escape.
Bake the patties at 400 degrees for 18 minutes.
