  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Put the brie in a small baking dish (or on a parchment-lined sheet).

  3. Bake 12–15 minutes, until the brie is soft and jiggly in the middle.

  4. While it bakes, add cranberries, maple syrup, orange juice, orange zest, Dijon, salt to a small pot.

  5. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring often.

  6. Simmer 6–8 minutes until most berries burst and it turns glossy and jammy. If it gets too thick, splash in 1–2 tbsp water.

  7. Remove brie from oven and rest 2–3 minutes (so it doesn’t fully lava out).

  8. Spoon warm cranberry chutney over the brie.

  9. Top with toasted pecans, orange zest, a small maple drizzle, and optional flaky salt.

  10. Serve with crackers, crostini, apple slices, or pear slices.
