Mix yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, and spices. Add chicken and marinate for at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
Air Fryer: 400°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway
Oven: Bake at 400°F for 45 minutes
Cook until internal temp reaches 165°F.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add rice and toast lightly. Add turmeric, lemon juice, and broth. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until fluffy and all the liquid is absorbed.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate until ready.
Combine veggies and toss with dressing.
Layer rice, sliced chicken, salad, and drizzle with tzatziki.
