Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Toss cooked spaghetti in the cream cheese mixture until coated.
Spread half the spaghetti into a baking dish, pour half the marinara over it.
Add the rest of the spaghetti, top with remaining sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan on top.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the top is melted and lightly golden.
Garnish with basil or parsley and serve warm!
