NYC deli shrimp

I take1 pound of shrimp

Boil in lemon water till just pink.

½ cup of mayo

Fresh Dill to taste

1 diced tomatoe

½ cup of diced purple onion

½ cup of diced celery

Salt and pepper to taste

Sometimes my husband like

½ of diced green bell peppers.

And sometimes my son wants it done with Cajun seoning

It's good on garlic toast, wraps, rolls, presents. Hb buns. You can use it in lettuce wraps, on cucumbers.

So so good

And only takes like 30 minutes to make.

And put in refrigerator for about an hour so all flavors can come together
