Add grated garlic to olive oil in a large pot and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add tomato paste and cook for 3-4 minutes
Add 93% lean beef and cook until fully browned
Add salt and seasonings (black pepper, red chili flakes, Italian seasoning)
Add canned cannellini beans in vodka sauce and canned lentils
Add beef bone broth and water to the pot with salt
Bring to a gentle simmer
Add whole wheat pasta directly to the pot, cover and cook for about 20 minutes
Remove lid and cook for another 5 minutes until thick and creamy
Finish with chopped cilantro, whole milk skyr or Greek yogurt, and Parmigiano Reggiano
Mix well and serve
